HAPPY FISHING DAY! The weather there (Bedok Jetty) was FANTABULOUS! Couldnt have ask for a better one already.. It was sunny at first, but it didnt last long.. It is just a CLEAR BLUE SKY with beautiful white fluffy clouds above us.. The sea breeze just adds on to the SHIOK-NESS! Anyway, this fishing trip is definitely an experience for me and b.. Fixing the fishing rod was simple! (Thanks to nic for guidance and HELP!) Having to hook up some fishes was even easier, only with the right type of bait! At first, 2 stupid sotongs have been waiting for some vibration on their rod to happen.. But after an hour or so, nothing happen.. NOTHING OKAY! The others (Chuhao, cherie, benhao, sharon and nic) all catch fish like no tomorrow.. Especially chu hao.. Fishes just LOVE his bait.. while, the sotongs (me and b) keep changing position here and there, but still no luck. SUPER DULAN CAN! Very very sian somemore.. Thought that i had wasted my money buying this rod.. It was only until when NIC came to our rescue.. HAHAHA He tried fishing with our rod, and realised something was wrong.. Cause there is no damn fish interested in biting it.. So, he decided to change our bait. A bait which looks more furry/feathery type.. And once we put our fishing line down.... THERE IS A STRONG VIBRATION.... vibration YO!!! One that we had never experience before! SUPER EXCITING! hahahha... And yup, we caught 1!! And so, in conclusion: We are not losers in FISHING! HAHhahaa.. Its not our problem! Its the FREAKING BAIT!! YEAH! Afterwhich, fishing is fun! With great company, sea breeze, fabulous weather and music there, fishing is definitely BETTER than prawning.. haahha Oh and fishing is FREEE! Unlike prawning, expensive like crap and i didnt managed to catch any the last time i went there. LOL.. SUPER piss! Okay, i shall just show you the photos of that wonderful day!   The newly constructed Bedok Jetty! beautiful!   Chu hao is fixing his rod.. Cherie is waiting for chuhao to help her with her rod.. Lol..  When everyone is getting ready with all the equipments..  tie tie tie...  The first fish that chu hao caught! Its veryyyyyyyy SLIMY!! YUCKS!  This is us at the sotong stage. LOL.. NO FISH... NO DAMN FISHHH!  and they caught more..     With the girls.. Cheriee and sharon!   With b and my lovely shades..   That chu hao should seriously stop luring our fishes away...   And benhao caught that!     And.. YEAHHH.. Caught 1!!! And cherie caught 4 right after she put some shrimps on her bait.. LOL.. Effective man!   Having to unhook the fish is 1 task i never did that day. The scale of the fishes is sooooooo er... Slimy? They leaves shiny scales on your palm and in addition, fishy smell! AUGH!   Look at the BEAUTIFUL weather!   B's catch!   lalalla.. While b taking over my rod, im here taking photos of the sky and people..     And look at the pail of fishes we caught and put in..     Its scary looking at their wide open mouth eh.. They are dead already though.. Why is their mouth still open ar?  Our messy turf..   cherie: where is my man man.......       Same singlet from thailand! hahaha..They both just stood there like twins.. Hahha   And on the right is a group of girls jogging along the jetty.. Chu hao immediately turn around and decided to change his target to the girls instead of the fish.. LOL..   Look at the scales..lol.. cannot stand it! and it freaking STINKS!   This is cherie's prof rod.. haha.  This is my 16bucks rod! WOOOO! Light and usable! loved it! And the red strings... Just CHIO!   Nic.. The very experience fisherman... hahha..   The fish looks so cute here.. I think its called Tumban i think..(the nasi lemak fish)     Right: something is stuck on the poor fish.. Chu hao said: " Its orgasm..!" Im thinking..:" huh orgasm? got orgasm on the outside de meh?! LOL" Chu hao thinks again: "EHHHH sorryy! not orgasm.. Its organism! And we laughed..LOL   Awww.. isnt it sweet.. I believe fishing is their fav past time..     And we just take and take and take while waiting..        We just realised that this type of fish is glow in the dark!  Sharon is trying to grab this small fish which have sharp parts on its body.. Lol.. Small but lethal..  At this time, there are practically many schools of fishes swimming together and jumping up and down off the surface.. SUPER EXCITED YOU KNOW! When we lower our bait down, IMMEDIATELY there are vibrations! You can tell that there are ALOT of them grabbing your bait.. hahhaha.. wahh.. IS SUPER HIGH one loh! We kept hooking up fishes like no other business.. People with fishing rod concentrate on getting the fishes and those without are behind us helping us to unhook and collect the fishes which is on the floor and put it into the tub.. Its like a factory you know.. hahaha..fast and furious!    Look at all the foam coming out of the tub.. hahahha.. And thats all the fishes we caught from the second half of the day.. It was splitted to some of us, and brought it back home.. Those fishes are still in my freezer.. I asked my mom whether if she have cooked it? She said: "i dont really dare to cook those fishes caught by ourself.." Oh well, i know its kind of wierd to eat the fishes caught by me.. I also dont really dare.. Guess i just stick to fishes from markets.. And the next time i go fishing, i dont think i will be bringing back anymore of it.. So yar.. Thats alll!! We are probably going fishing this coming monday! wooooo.. ========================================================= I have just watched Confessions of a shopaholic with b, GHP and her BF nic! It is definitely not boring! All the fellow guys out there, you should watch it too! B was like saying that he is afraid that he would fall asleep halfway through the show.. But guess what? He did not! He was in fact ENTERTAINED by it.. haha The actress was hilarious.. The actor is soo handsome!haha... The only bad part of the day was that we got the 1st row of seats.. Which was agonizing to our neck..The screen is practically about 3 metre away from us.. And we have got to look up..YES! directly UP! LOL.. Its just stupid la.. But oh well.. The show is good enough for me.. Though ghp said that the show have missed out lots of interesting part as read from the storybook. But its okay! Short and sweet - good enough! Catch this show if you have not! Girls especially.. hahaha ============================================================ I have just recieved a call saying im shortlisted for the course(social science) i chose in SMU.. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! And i got to go for some interview.. Got to start preparing myself for it.. Wish me luck please.. =) Still, i really pray hard that i can get selected for SIM-Tourism course.. I WANTTTT IT PLEASEEEEEEEEEE!! I REALLLLLLLY WANT IT SOOOO BADLY! RAWRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!! And i just recieved my letter about graduation day! It will be on the 28th MAY 2009! Its the same as my cousin steffy! But mine will be in the morning, while her's is in the evening.. Still, IM EXCITED! My parents and her parents will be down for it! YEAHHHH! =) For those people who are thinking of not going.. PLEASE think twice!! I want to take photo with you guys!! ================================================================ I just made CHA SOBA for my family to try! (and they LOVED IT!) Its like my FAVOURITE can! Everytime i have cravings for that, we would end up in sakae sushi! hahahha.. LOVE it man! Just recently while shopping at DAISO.. I happen to come across the Chasoba packet and the sauce for it! I immediately bought it home to try.. And it turns out just like how it taste in restaurants.. WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Its freaking easy i tell you.. And i can eat as and when i want now! YUMMMMMY! Next time when any of you come to my house, i shall whipped it up for you to try! you will loved it totally! Oh, that is included if i have the noodle in stock..If not.. TOO BAD! Okay, i shall stop here.. BYEEEEEEEEEE! |
