HONG KONG TRIP 3/9/2008 - 9/9/2008 I have spent 3 nights uploading about 400+ photos and 1 night typing.. LOL. I am so crazy.. HAVE FUN READING THROUGH OUR 7 DAYS TRIP! DAY 1 People who went: Me and b, Nic and GHP, Kaze, Sharon and Ben hao!   High up in the sky.. We took Jetstar btw. Not too bad la. Just lack the leg space and the no food service. haha. Wellll, we got it at a cheap rate, so what can we expect..   Still looking tired.. Lack of sleep! Btw, our flight was like 6am flight, which means we have to get to the airport by 4am.. SOOOOo.. there goes our sleep..  GHP and nic.. Nic is our tourguide for the next 7 days.. WoohOO!!  The 3 of them.. Oh ya, i just realise ar, the whole plane like occupied by students.. ahah. There are soo many student la, think they are going with the school or something..  Budget plane is like this de, have to take the stairs down to take bus to trnf to the terminal. haha  The donut which hazel recommend me to try.. We tried those with flavours, but it tasted okay only leh. I dont really like it.. It was only when i return to spore then hazel said its the original thats nice. hahahha. DAMN! And i didnt buy back cause i didnt find it nice. shit man, now i miss the good thing.  HK terminal..   We have REACHED HONG KONG!!!!!!!!! EXCITED! =)  Took a cab down to our hotel. Their taxi special sia.. Can sit 5 people.. See the space besides my b? thats the extra seats. haha.. This taxi driver ar, should have worn shirt with sleeve lo. When he steer his wheels to the right, i can totally see his armpit hair.. -.-"!  The bridge.. Oh, and as we drove past the streets, we saw many many tall buildings.. Which is like our HDB.. But theirs is damn jialat. SUPER PACKED! 1 block dont know got how many units. ITS REALLY ALOT! No wonder they said hongkong house very small. If i am going to be a Quantity surveyor in the future, i will never come hongkong and work, cause having to calculate the qty of material used for their building? is definitely a crazy job. hahah HOW many hundred of wdws.siao..   And this is when we have reached our hotel.. Went up to rest a little and out we went to take the shuttle bus and then walked the streets down mongkok!       Right: the nightlife..  Look at all the signboards man.. Its interesting how they can support the damn heavy board..Wonder if any of this drop before..  This is the ladies market street..Really 1 whole stretch.. Alot of things to buy man.  The old old buildings..  The MTR station which we will be using it alot..  And so, we started shopping at this shopping centre full of stuff.. Like Far east like that. But can bargain one. However, at that time, i still haven got my mood for shopping, so in the end i didnt buy much stuff. =(  Look at the transportation.. haha i like the bus. cute!  NIGHT LIFE! The streets are like close for cars, and open for people to walk! Too many people le lah, thats why need to close. haha.. They even have signboard stating the time the road will be open and close..  This is the temple street. Many stall are for Fengshui, palmistry or selling antique stuff. We even saw some stall selling condoms, vibrators and many other S** stuff..  Our 1st dinner in HK.. We decided to eat SEAFOOD! =)  Ordering the food. We have got sotongs, prawn, vege, scallops and some other shell stuff.  After that, we went to eat desserts! MANGO!  I like the left side dish, they got this tiny small balls like tang yuan.. Sooo chewy!  Yeah..That's all for the day. We head back to hotel for a good early night rest! Oh yah, b, me and kaze did record all the stuff we spent onto our little notebook. This will allow us to see how much we have spent for the day! DAY 2 - OCEAN PARK  RISE AND SHINE! Thats the view from our room. hahaha WTH LAH! and did i mention that, im sharing room with kaze and Ben? hahaha.. Threesome eh! fun fun..  Breakfast at the restaurant besides our hotel.     BO LUO BAO YUMMY!   We took shuttle bus to Mongkok .  During the short ride.. hahaha..  Took our 1st MTR ride..so Spore hor..  I love their system.. With all the lights thingy indicating where are you and whats the next station. They even have lights indicating which door will be opening.  us on the train!  And we drop off at some station and took a bus to ocean park.  On the bus..   The elephant..   Kaze are you sleeping? hahhaa   right: GHP you are tall enough to pay the TICKETS!   B fell back to the bush after posing that pose.. haha.FUNNY..  EHhh..You both got similarities!  The view..  LALALA..  I love Roller coster rides!  On the way up..Btw, i saw my relative daughter here. hahaha Oh my.. She was also on a vacation with her friend. What a small small world..  This is our 1st ride.. haha.. Spin the spaceship..  Benhao and gf, me and GHP, and b alone.. That kaze and nic doesnt want to take the ride.    That thingy does all the way vertical. SOOO.. its like damn high la. haha fun! GHP and me were like screaming when we head down.. hohoho!  Next up would be the mine train! This is the most fun rides of all the rides in ocean park. ahah.. they have got 3 down slope. SHIOK! So long never have that adrenaline rush in me.. haha  The track.  And off they goooooooooooooooooo..This is the last slope which isnt that scary..  walking to our next station  Pirate ship! WOOOOO.. LOVE THIS! But too bad it aint high enough. haha. GHP freak out.. LOL.Its funny to see her expression man. notice shes like holding on to my hand hahah!     Which says ocean park..   We went to take this ocean park tower. Which is something like sentosa carlsberg tower thingy.   And we went spinning around and round and round..     Look at all the flats man..   Next stop would be the aquarium..The only place we want to go cause of its aircon. hahah We are all melting under the hot sun la. RIght: STINGRAY! SOOO CUTE.. Cant believe i ate it..   Left: seahorse! right: NEMO!  Behind us are the hugeass tank containing hundreds of fishes.  woah..Like some bird.  The top of the aquarium..  Some lovely fishes..    Next stop, Cable car!   They all chiong into the cable car and left nic and GHP alone in that cabin.. hahaha funny sia.     Its a damn long ride la.. Gooing over hills..I love the scenery  down view..      haha Damn long right? hhahaha..   And finally as we are reaching..     We are here to visit their PANDAs! Well, i got smilarity with them anyway.. my dark circles..  So cute..  Anyway, this place is fully air conditioned. Very cold.. Very shiok.. haa  And we are like dead tired already..  Wanted to take the hot air balloon one..but the queue damn long.. so we gave it a skip.     Left: b and his neh neh..    Last kiss goodbye to his twins before we leave..  I like this group photos. Very nice..Thats alll, and we took the bus back to the MTR station.  ICE CREAM VAN spotted.. haha. so cute.   Right: GHP and me got to drink those herbal stuff due to our throat..But its good though..=)   It tastes really bllllahhhhhhhhhh...   And we head back to hotel to rest and bathe..   We went out to eat dinner! I think we had goose and some other stuff..  I believe thats a goose? hahhaa ANyway, notice all the glass of tea on the table? They usually put that on the table once we have settled down. But we used it to wash our utensils instead of drinking it. hahha.. As due to the constraint of space on the table, we decided to put away the glass back to their table.. Guess what, they went to serve that glass of tea to other customer..hahaha.. Its like omg la.. Never am i gonna drink that again. So yar, thats the end of DAY 2.. I believe you should take a short break before following me to the rest of the 5 days..hahaha.. |
